INFO:

Korean usually put "____Yah" or "____Ah" at the ends of names.This is used to show some affection,closeness or sweetness.Something like that.

EX:"Sehun!" it will be "SehunAh!" or "SuhoYah!"

If the last syllable ends with a consonant sounds,"Ah" is used, and "Yah" for vowel sounds.

Well,if you want to be formal and avoiding to sound rude for not using the word "You", use "___ssi"after the name person. =D

Aboji;Appa- Father,dad,papa

Eomeoni,Eomma(Ummuni;Umma)- Mother,Mom,Mommy,Ma

Eonnie(used by female); Nuna(used by males)- Older sister

Oppa(used by females);Hyong/Hyung(used by males)- Older brother

Dongsaeng- Younger brother or sister

Sunbae- Senior

Hubae- Junior

Chingu-Friend

Namjachimgu-Boyfriend

Yeojachingu-Girlfriend

Haraboji-Grandfather

Sonju-Grandchild
